New versions of reference grammar papers available!

Interested parties can now get the latest versions of my Lojban reference
grammar papers by anonymous FTP.  These replace and update the versions
available on the regular Lojban FTP server.

The papers are on ftp.access.digex.net in the directory
/pub/access/lojbab/papers.  There are 13 of them plus a packing list.
Note that this includes the new relative clause paper which is also
being posted today.  This paper has had no review and should be the
first one that reviewers process, if possible.
