Creating new gismu is probably out of the question at this stage,
but you can make a lujvo, and in any case there are already some
candidates for what you want. {jinvi} has a place for the evidence,
and the time-location of your prediction can be included in x2.
For example:

        mi jinvi le du'u le bolci ba farlu kei fo le nu
        le bolci ca'o gunro le jubme
