Russian: "id'ot doshd'" lit 'rain is going'
Japanese: "ame ga hutte iru" lit 'rain, something is falling', but
all verbs are impersonal in Japanese
so this is identical in structure to
"tori ga tonde iru" 'birds, something is flying',
ie 'birds are flying'.
