 General Comments:
The Plutto virus was submitted in July, 1992, and is from the USSR.
Plutto is a non-resident, direct action infector of .COM programs,
       including COMMAND.COM.
When a program infected with the Plutto virus is executed, this
virus will infect one .COM file located in the current directory.
If COMMAND.COM is located in this directory, it may become
infected. Programs infected with the Plutto virus will have a
file length increase of 602 bytes with the virus being located at
the end of the file. The program's date and time in the DOS disk
directory listing will not be altered. One text string can be
found within all programs infected with the Plutto virus:
Plutto doesn't appear to do anything besides replicate.
