Chapter 1:  for "Parkes-Clifford" read "Parks-Clifford"

Chapter 1:  for "the Logical Language Group" read "The Logical Language
Group, Inc."

Chapter 5:  in Example 6.16, for "selpluka" read "pluka"

Chapter 5:  in Example 9.5, for "loi" read "tu'a loi",
for "the-mass-of" read "something-about the-mass-of"

HTML:  All "mx" tags should be changed to "cx".

HTML:  All "cx", "ex", and "lx" tags that do NOT end with a double
quote character before the ">" should be made to do so.
