Haiku/Hajko

About a week ago people were discussing a Japanese haiku:
         furuike ya
         kawazu tobikomu
         mizu no oto
(Japanese text copied from someone else's previous message!)

Perhaps someone will find the following Esperanto version interesting.
I found it in an anthology of poetry translated from N languages into
Esperanto by K. KALOCSAY. The original author is apparently BA^SOO:

          Lag' forlasita,
          kaj muta. Pla^ud, ensaltis
          rano subita.

          [lake deserted
          and mute. splash, jumped-in
          frog sudden.]
