Lojban actually has this property, although no current or planned parser
can take advantage of it. There are 29 reserved cmavo, those of the
form xVV and xV'V, which are available for experimental or temporary
assignment. They can be used to provide for new tenses, abstractors,
aspectuals, indicators or what have you.
In addition, it is possible to use metalinguistic declarations with "ti'o"
to effectively change the precedence of mathematical operators. Again,
the parser doesn't understand "ti'o" declarations as yet.
(Apologies to Guy Steele, who gets two copies of this.)
