I was really hoping for some Vick magic, but it turned into one of those games that you just knew he wasn’t feeling it. I think the Eagles played a much better game, in terms of play-calling and overall gameplan; it really looked like they had been there before, while the Falcons looked a bit confused all day. Still, you have to think that Atlanta will only be better next year.

I’m really not looking forward to seeing the already-on-camera-too-much Owens on the sideline all throughout the Superbowl. I predict a repeat performance of the Superbowl that featured Kurt Warner’s wife…remember the Cruella Deville clone? Family members, friends, and the injured should fall into the same category as the streaker fans by getting no camera time or just a brief, accidental glimpse.

Sad day, but I’m sure Atlanta will be back and better next year. And its at least good for the Eagles fans that might would’ve become homicidal had Philly lost.
