Hizamakura

Following up on the scientific breakthrough of the popular Boyfriend’s Arm Pillow, Japanese researchers have now perfected the Hizamakura, or “lap pillow.” Apparently, it’s a big seller this Christmas.
Words fail me.

I love Japan and a lot of things that come from there, I really do. But there are some things that I just don’t understand about them.
Vending machines in Japan at once offered for sale panties purportedly worn by schoolgirls.
Fry’s comments while fleeing the Lost City of Atlanta spring to mind: “Why couldn’t she be the other kind of mermaid, with the fish part on the top and the lady part on the bottom?”
Why don’t they have a pillow for the ladies. is it because you wouldn’t be able to rest your head due to the large bulge in the middle? :0)
All I can say is WTF??!
That’s just plain scary. Amusing, but scary.
I think it’s kinda hot. The Boyfriend Arm Pillow is a lot scarier.
