Interested in a nice, hot drink? We're not talking hot chocolate here (thought the ancient Aztecs did use hot peppers in theirs). Here are some beverages to warm the soul.

Stolichnya Pepper Vodka

Take a chilled martini glass and swirl a small amount of vermouth in it. Fill the glass with Stolichnya Pepper Vodka from the freezer. It should be very cold and noticably thickened. Garnish with a piece of pickled garlic on a toothpick (available from your local Thai market). Alternative garnish: Garlic Stuffed Santa Barbara Olive.

Serve immediately and stand back!

Master & Servant

1 oz Absolut Peppar (pepper Vodka)
4 Dashes Tabasco Sauce
1 ice cold beer of your choice
Note: The site from which I got this suggests "a nice lager or ale"

Put the Absolut Peppar in a shot glass, float the Tabasco on top, slam the shot down, and chase it with a 12-16oz VERY cold beer.

Prairie Fire (a.k.a. "Snake Eyes")
