General Comments:
The Experiments, or Experiments-755, virus was submitted in
February, 1993. It is from the USSR. Experiments is a non-resident
direct action infector of .EXE programs.
When a program infected with the Experiments virus is executed, the
Experiments virus will infect all of the .EXE files located in the
current directory, though it will not infect very small .EXE files.
Infected programs will have a file length increase of 755 bytes with
the virus being located at the end of the file. The program's date
and time in the DOS disk directory listing will not be altered. The
following text string can be found within the viral code in all
Experiments infected programs:
"---- Small experiments path 2.1 ----"
It is unknown what Experiments may do besides replicate.
