General Comments:
The DLSU virus was submitted in January, 1994. Its origin or point of
isolation is unknown. DLSU is a non-resident, direct action infector
of .COM programs, but not COMMAND.COM.
When a program infected with the DLSU virus is executed, this virus
will infect one .COM files in the current directory. Infected files
will have a file length increase of 477 bytes with the virus being
located at the beginning of the file. The file's date and time in the
DOS disk directory listing will have been updated to the current
system date and time when infection occurred. The following text
strings are visible within the viral code in all DLSU infected
programs:
