 General Comments: 
       The Talentless virus was received in August, 1992.  Its origin or 
       point of isolation is unknown.  Talentless is a non-resident, 
       direct action .COM and .EXE infector.  It will also infect 
       COMMAND.COM. 
 
       When a program infected with the Talentless virus is executed, 
       the Talentless virus may infect one .COM or .EXE program located 
       on the C: drive.  The virus will start looking for a program to 
       infect in the C: drive root directory, and then move down through 
       the directory structure. 
 
       Programs infected with the Talentless virus will have a file 
       length increase of 1,077 bytes.  The virus will be located at the 
       end of the file.  The program's date and time in the DOS disk 
       directory listing will not be altered.  The following text 
       strings are visible in all Talentless infected programs: 
 
               "^^^^^^^^ COMMAND.COM *.COM *.EXE" 
               "Bad command or file name" 
 
       It is unknown if Talentless does anything besides replicate.
