It is a non-resident direct action infector of .COM programs, including COMMAND.COM. When a program infected with Silly is executed, the virus will search the current directory on drive C:, and infect all .COM programs found. Infected programs will have a file length increase of 200 bytes, the virus will be located at the beginning of the file. The program's date and time in the disk directory will not be altered.
