Space Quest Smackdown

Welcome to Space Quest Smackdown, a now-complete battle tournament here at the Virtual Broomcloset! What is this all about? Well, we started out with a 16-person tournament bracket (posted below) filled with characters from the Space Quest series. Then, visitors to the site voted on what character they thought would win in each match-up. When the results for each round were in, we posted wacky play-by-play of the battles here at the Broomcloset, with the winners advancing to the next round, and a new round of voting beginning. When the smoke had cleared and the dust has settled, we crowned the first-ever (and quite possibly the only-ever) Space Quest Smackdown Champion! Even though the voting booths have closed and the tournament has drawn to a close, be sure to check out the recaps below for more carnage than an entire blender full of Space Monkeys! Meanwhile, special thanks go out to Macaroni Penguin for taking over the recapping duty in mid-chronostream!
